At Two by Two we want you to be 100% happy with your purchase, however we understand that sometimes you might want to return an item to us.
If you are not happy with your purchases you can cancel your order or return them to us for a refund or exchange providing they are unused and in a re-saleable condition.
Any cancellation request will only be accepted by email notice, providing the order has not already been shipped.
Please email your intention to return any items by relying to your order email within 10 days of purchase. All items must be returned within 14 days of purchase date. Email notification received outside of 10 days or returns received outside of these time frames will not be eligible for refund.
Postage costs for returns are to be paid by the customer.
We will credit your original method of payment for accepted returns.
If the products you return are faulty or not as ordered, we will of course give a full refund plus any postage costs.
